At Ado Official Music Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that digital downloads and opened media items are non-refundable due to the nature of the products.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, inserts, and protective sleeves are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
